Exchange Policy
At 5th Sense Candle Co., we want you to love your purchase. If, you are not satisfied with your candle, we offer an exchange option. Please review our exchange policy below:
Eligibility for Exchanges:
• Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an equal exchange.
• Condition: The candle must be unused and in its original packaging. We cannot accept exchanges for candles that have been lit or show signs of use.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
• Custom or personalized items
• All Wax Melts
• Seasonal Products
• Final sale or clearance items
Exchange Process:
1. Contact Us: Before sending back your candle, please contact our customer service team at 5thsensecandleco@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process along with the product you would like to exchange for. We currently do not offer store credit.
2. Exchange Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) and return instructions.
3. Packaging: Please ensure the candle is securely packaged and sufficiently protected to prevent damage during transit. Include the original receipt and the EAN with your return.
4. Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the candle for an exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Processing Time:
• Inspection: Once we receive your returned candle, we will inspect it and notify you within 5-7 business days if your exchange is approved.
• New Product Shipment: Upon approval, we will ship your replacement product within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your candle arrived damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the candle with a photo of the damaged product to arrange an exchange.
